Channel Logistics: Exchanges conducted via an authorized physical store visit are free of charge. Doorstep courier pickup and exchange requests will incur additional charges depending on courier rates and distance.
In the extreme circumstance of an unresolved dispute or exceptional full refund request, an in-person physical store visit to an authorized LensDock retail store (with complete original packaging and printed GST invoice) is strictly mandatory for evaluation and inspection.
